Privacy

Gaddie is run by Amöba. This is what we store about you as an artist, where it lives and how to get rid of it.

Who is responsible for what

Amöba is the controller for your account. For the client details you put into Gaddie you are the controller and Amöba is the processor — we store them for you and use them for nothing else.

What we store about you

Your name, email, mobile number, language, your password as a hash and your settings. If you connect Google Calendar the access is stored encrypted. We also log the emails and texts sent from your account.

Cookies

Three of them: one that keeps you signed in, one that takes you from gaddie.se straight to the app while you are signed in, and one that remembers whether you chose Swedish or English. We also count visits, with Umami on our own server in Sweden: no cookie is set and your IP address is not stored. The pages load nothing from any third party, the fonts included, so there is no cookie banner to click away.

Where it lives

Servers in Sweden. Email goes through Lettermint and texts through 46elks, both inside the EU. Backups are kept for 30 days.

For how long

For as long as you have an account. Delete it under Settings → Account and everything goes at once, and out of the backups within 30 days.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store your email and your name so we can tell you when you can create an account. It is deleted when the account is created, and otherwise after twelve months.
